    Contacted seller before purchase. Within hours Seller, confirmed that all LEDs were working abd everything was in working condition. Upon delivery and install the tachometer LED was partially out. Attempted to reach out for partial refund twice. It’s been over 2 weeks and the Seller never responded not even once.

    OMG - you don't give a crybaby free money and he takes to ebay to complain....I never saw anything wrong with it? Look at his picture and you tell me if my cluster is bad!!!! I refuse to just send people money I earned for no reason. If it is a legitimate problem, I fix it everytime and easily. I have free returns for a reason. Used Parts can fail but this one isn't even bad!!! Who cries about $15 when they received a good part? What a *$#*(#
