Purchased this newer model should they discontinue it. This one has slightly different features but the accuracy is +/-1 to mine. It features an auto rotate screen so you have to hold your hand still for about 10 seconds for it to orient itself and display a steady reading. No issues with the battery cover not closing. Align the side markers and slide/push the cover to close. ��
