Listing was for NEW package was opened and missing parts. When contacted about the issue the seller made the return very difficult even knowing the parts where incomplete. I had to instruct seller how to do return and seller complained about return cost of shipping. Changed shipping method multiple times and asked that we go out of our way to accommodate his negligence of supplying missing parts. Asked that we send the bill via PayPal for return shipping and then charged the fee to us. Not again

Just wanted to say we are truly sorry for this transaction . As you can see with our sales history and rating that we do things right . Since you were a repeat customer for the same part ( 1st transaction was perfect ) . Since this was a connector and the missing part was internally our warehouse clerk missed that . As far as doing returns or shipping credits back to you . We simply had to do that before . Please find it in your heart to take negative comment down as we ask.
