The seller never offered to ship free or refund some money. The seller said “I will mail tomorrow” multiple times and it took a while before it was mailed. The cel is stuck to the background and no way to peal it off without more damage. The cel paint is chipping in areas. Now you falsely claim it is fake when you are not an expert in that area. Why not just return it and get a refund?
