They have marks on them from electrical tape that had been wrapped around them, and all of the screws show signs of use. Did not receive what I paid for. False advertising. I only gave them ANY stars because they did arrive and one was new and I could use them. The other 2 are useless to me. I personally pulled these out of one of three cases that we have on the shelf. Being surplus, not from the manufacturer, sometimes something like this gets missed. If buyer would have done something as simple as send a message, we could have refunded or shipped new. He obviously would rather drag our reputation down. Welcome to the internet... see our other 5000 feedback. We aren't trying to take advantage of someone for a $11 item.
