Tale comunicazione deve contenere il codice del prodotto che si vuole restituire.

Il prodotto dovrà essere restituiti a cura del Consumatore in condizioni di sostanziale integrità nella sua confezione originale e privo di qualsiasi prova di montaggio e manomissione, al medesimo indirizzo utilizzato per la raccomandata.

La restituzione dovrà avvenire entro un termine non inferiore a 14gg.
