    The camera came in time and very "new". packaged well. since it's a Japan version the camera is not "world" and doesn't have PAL/NTSC switch which was not mentioned anywhere in the description. the seller was sorry and suggested I return it. i decided to keep the camera. communication was good, but it might be better to mention this (Japan version, not world) in the description.
