It actually has the exact shape as the picture , I didn’t have to dress the wig at all. It was just out of the box and ready to wear. It was well packaged and in a supportive box so the bun on top was not squashed, also it was super fast shipping. I will highly recommend this seller. I am so pleased. ❤️

The seller argued it was, but in order to return the item, the seller would take well over half of the total of the item for postage. This is against eBay’s policy so had to get eBay involved for the seller to issue me with a return postage label and no deduction of postage! Asked the seller several times if the item looks the same why not have an actual pic of the item alongside the current photo, AND NO RESPONSE! AWFUL SELLER!
