    Before placing the order, I CONFIRMED with seller that the display case was the model I wanted. When it arrived, it was the WRONG model. When seller finally issued a return label, I promptly sent it back using seller's carrier (USPS). Now, over two weeks later, it still hasn't been delivered back and tracking shows it has been sitting at USPS in Chicago area for five days. Seller refuses to issue refund until delivery so I am still out the money. A truly bad transaction.
