Packaged with lot of padding so the item would survive the long flight from Japan. After the item was shipped, seller emailed with shipping into and it was informative enough that I did not have to follow up, and just used the tracking number to keep an eye on it. I expected item to arrive way later than expected knowing its coming from overseas, but arrived with in 2 weeks to Canada. I would purchase from the seller again.
