The two I received look as brand new as they could possibly be and each was packed in its own a plastic sleeve, then together both were protected by cardboard top and bottom inside a USPS Priority Mail envelope, then inside a bubble mailer. That's what I call a positive experience that I wanted to come on and give feedback on immediately. A++++++++++++
