      False advertising. Seller claim the item is new which is not. There was still 2 old batteries inside and one had leaked badly. I use vinegar to remove the battery acid, as shown in one picture I took, it looks much better, just some rust. The Furby's fur on the tickle senor is very worn out. The furby overall looks dirty.

      Buyer has every right to be upset. II'll take her word for it, i never bothered to open the Furby, just glanced at it from the outside. I bought the Furby from a local Vintage store and it was labeled "New", i never would have thought to check to see if has been tampered with. I offered a full refund for her money - haven't heard back from her since February 2025. I would like to still refund your money please and thank you.
