The worlds of Shin Megami Tensei and Fire Emblem collide as gamers mix music, style, and turn-based battles in Tokyo Mirage Sessions #F. The game is set in modern-day Tokyo, where beings known as Mirages have invaded from another dimension to harvest Performa energy from humans. Players take control of a group of youngsters from the Fortuna Entertainment talent agency who are aligned with friendly Mirages from the Fire Emblem universe, and then travel around districts interacting with NPCs, taking on story missions and side quests, navigating dungeons, and engaging in combat.<br><br>Battles take place in separate arenas and find Mirage companions forming into weapons for characters to use. Gamers control a party of three and alternate turns with their opponents, using guards, spells, ability buffs, and a variety of attacks. A rock-paper-scissors system means the effectiveness of weapons can change, and enemies and party members have strengths or weaknesses based on elemental properties. Players can then use materials they collect from defeated foes to acquire new skills, while successful combo attacks can produce Star Ranks and help unlock more powerful weapons.<br><br>This Special Edition includes the full game, codes for downloadable content, an art book, a CD soundtrack, song cards, and a sticker sheet.
