Arrives in a brown box (meant for 5 pens for classroom use) which has been opened, 4 pens removed and one left. If buying as a gift, don’t. It doesn’t look like a legit microsoft packaging you would typically see in a store, this was not mentioned in the advert. You are better off looking at other adverts where a suitable pen comes in official microsoft packaging. Seller did reply but offered nothing in return except for justifying the poor packaging.
