Unfortunately the mobile phone was 2G and not 4G as described, which as our local masts are due to be switched off at the end of the month wasn't a lot of good. However, when reported to the seller, he very quickly responded with an apology and a reply paid sticker. Then refunded the complete purchase price complete with postage very quickly. So a trust worthy supplier, who admitted an easy mistake to make.
