    I had an initial issue with registering for warranty but that was more of a me issue. A portion of the unit arrives wet but thats because they test it before shipping. I called customer service and immediately spoke to a person, Ms Michelle was very helpful and had the answers I needed. Very nice RO system superbly packaged with excellent instructions. There is also an installation video on youtube that you should watch.
