The back metal cover for battery doesn't close right it is bended, not good, can you send me please just that piece only in good condition? You told me phone is updateable to belle refresh but I have to do it manually, the thing is it came already with symbian belle refresh, should I do anything more or is the update already done? Batteries are too thick to take take out to change them(fit in very tight), is it a new design? Appreciate any feedback
