Prior to receiving it, I received an alert from eBay stating there was a recall on the type of battery I ordered. They recommended to stop using it. I hadn't opened the product pkg for the batteries & charger, so I contacted the seller & asked for a refund. They explained that the batteries they sell have posed no safety concerns, but they refunded my purchased & said I did not need to return the product. That's great customer service!!

Product arrived quicker then expected and was sealed in box but when opened had a manufacturer defect no fault of seller. When I complained they refunded me no problem and even sent me a free gift. Really turned around a rocky experience and came through with flying colors. Recommend and will add them to my list of preferred shops.
