    Ordered a bumper, this was the second seller i had ordered one from. It was supposed to be delivered by the 8th of september but it got to the 15th and still wasn’t here so i messaged them asking about it and said it was collected on the 2nd and if they heard any updates they would let me know. By the end of the day i got a refund and had no more messages from the seller. Poor customer service

    Are you for real? you contacted us we told you we would look into this which we did with ups, Tracking was listed. you then opened a case on eBay for an item not received, and we responded through that case to say ups has lost the bumper and we where refunding you in full. which we did right away. now your leaving unfair feedback and saying we did not contact you when its clearly in black and white. how is this poor customer service this is totally unfair feedback
