They sent me a Heritage Oura Ring Gen 3, packaged in an Oura Ring 4 box. The description claimed that it was brand new/unopened and the box was clearly tampered with. Overall, not happy with this seller. Luckily they allowed returns and were respectful about giving me a full refund for their mistake.
