    We were very happy with this toaster oven, it was exactly as described and packaged excellently. Our only quibble was the time it took to arrive. I'm sure it is not the seller's fault that it took a almost a week longer than expected but the fact that it had to go to Colorado twice!! We live in Massachusetts!
