I did hear a rattle sound from inside the keyboard, and the numpad enter button wasn't working correctly. I realized the source of the noise was an object stuck beneath that key. I managed to remove it, and everything worked fine after that. Turned out to be a large metal box staple, I guess from the shipping box. Anyway, all good now. Glad I could grab this keyboard for the price.
