As is normal with this appalling 'courier' the very battered box was dumped by the front door without knocking or the bell being rung! The inner box was badly crushed on one corner but thankfully the contents were O/K... This courier (Hermes/Evri) has been described in the UK House of Commons as "Neither fit to trade, nor employ"... This was covered by the BBC! Social media is condemnatory - so why use them when there is Royal Mail?
