    This item came with a broken coupler. Since it was the sellers last product and out of stock elsewhere, I am keeping the product. I am in the process of getting a replacement part from the manufacturer. If the item was readily available, I would have returned it and not gone through all the hassle.

    I offer Free 30-Day Returns. This buyer never contacted me to make me aware of their flat car being damaged in transit, instead waiting 2.5 weeks after delivery to leave this feedback. I would have gladly facilitated a replacement coupler or a return of the item had they reached out to me to make me aware of the issue. All buyers have to do is contact me, making me aware of their issue, and I will be more than happy to resolve it to their satisfaction.
