Probably due to horrible packaging, one thin piece of bubble wrapping wrapped around an electronic and put in a box much bigger than the item. No addition packing to secure the item. I guess seller thinks these delivery drivers just gently place the items in the trucks and gently place them at our doors. Would return the item but not worth my time to find and buy a correct box find a printer and find time to drop it off. Seller needs to do better packaging old electronics. My post off ice was holding the item for $47.30 postage due, the seller never responded to me. I picked up the item the box was switched the outside had express not just the priority. That was the reason for the extra charge. Then my Postmaster and I open the box and sure enough the spoon is broken off.
