    Item arrived packed in a weak box (which arrived slightly crushed), with the speakers inside only wrapped in paper for protection. The right satellite speaker is damaged; it sounds possibly blown. It buzzes & resonates. This was *not* reflected in the description. Cost of the product is disappointing for this reason. Also, seller did not clean or remove dust. There are several large clumps of dust inside of the subwoofer enclosure. In the future, this seller needs to pack & test tech better.

    When I received my Ionic Breeze I was intially disappointed because the base was broken with 3 pieces being in the bottom of the box. Unit was poorly packaged, and I suspect base was broken in transit. I contact the seller and that offer to take the unit back or send me a new base. I tested the unit and it works fine, and the unit had been cleaned exceptionally well. I choose to keep the unit, seller promptly sent a new base. Seller was easy to work with., and I would due business with them.
