    I have been collecting the alphabet and assembling them in order. By the time I got to this puzzle, F&G, the return window had lapsed. This is the first Ravensburger puzzle I have had that is missing a piece and has a flaw in the picture itself. Unfortunately I cannot return this and I am so disappointed that I spent all this money, had it shipped from Australia, only to discover these issues.

    Feedback is supposed to reflect my performance as a seller, not for something that is obviously beyond my control. I would suggest contacting Ravensburger as they are normally good fixing these issues.
