    At first I thought the item didn't work even though it's in really good condition. But it turns out that if it seems like it's not charging when you get it you have to hold the pairing button on the back of the remote for 2 minutes while your device is on that you're trying to pair it to and then the remote pairing light starts flashing. The seller was really helpful in getting me to know this and I really love the item. Awesome seller, good doing business, and definitely will buy again!

    I already have one of these. They are great remotes and this one works perfectly. Shipping speed was well within reason. The only problem I have is with roku's decision to use class b charger ports. I had to buy this one because the charger port on my other one made it unusable. I couldn't even put a charge on it. That does not reflect on the seller though. I knew what I was buying, and all is well with this one.
