    Item was marked as 18k and sold as 18k. Upon receiving the item and having it checked by my matchmaker, item was 14k. I can understand some of the misunderstanding as there is an 18 stamp. Not 18k. But as little research at a jewler or watch shop would have made a difference in the item description as there is a 14k stamp hidden. the seller and they got defensive as if I was trying to trick him into a refund of some sort. Wasn't my intention.

    I am very sorry that this Buyer felt the need to leave negative feedback and hurt my business when I communicate with him in numerous messages and never once alluded to not wanting to give a refund. He never asked for one and he did not understand the value of what he purchased I tried every way I could to explain to him The value and the reason for his misgivings and tried to eliminate any doubts that he had and had no idea he was unhappy until I read the feedback, very unfair and unreasonable.
