The photos alluded broken and missing components with the listing title not matching actual parts. After contacting for one missing part they had kept and not included, they mailed it out but refused to send out the other remaining pieces. I listed this item honestly and posted all pictures of everything that was included in the listing being sold. I have had 99.9% positive feedback since 2003 when I opened my account and it's people like you that like to ruin things because you didn't get your way. Why would I accept back an item that was properly listed and that you didn't pay attention to the title? It's your fault so accept it.
