It came in perfect condition and works just fine after manually pairing it to the headset. Extremely helpful since Razer have apparently stopped selling replacements. I'm glad I ordered this one after breaking the original and waiting several months for Razer to bring them back in stock, well worth it. Just make sure it is compatible with your model, I read that the 2022 version is different enough to be incompatible.

There were several issues, including unresponsive and loose-fitting buttons, and some parts felt flimsy despite the shell being assembled correctly. For the price, the quality doesn’t match expectations. The item did arrive on time and in good condition, but unfortunately it didn’t work out for us and will be returned once it’s dismantled.
