It clearly states: I have no way of testing each one or the condition of each one hence why they are being sold for around £0.33p / 18650 cell. A brand new 18650 cell costs £7 to give you an idea. If you dont understand this please dont order them expecting every single cell to be good because they wont. As you can see from the pictures they are dusty and grubby from being in storage tubs and some will undoubtedly be damaged
