NEVER USED. They were extras from a full system we had installed by them that I thought we may use. If the screws were in a non oem bag, I sincerely apologize and if the tiny thin wire they supply with the speakers wasn't present, a simple "Contact seller" would have not only wire sent your way, but better than what they supply. If for any reason you have proof that these speaker were not new and are faulty, Send them back. Box was opened which Ebay has an option for open box items. did not have all mounting screws and wires which was not disclosed. I should have left negative feedback.
