I've put in a call to Microsoft tech support to deal with this. 2) the touchpad is virtually unresponsive on the keyboard. I have to literally lick my fingers to allow it to interact with the tablet. 3) The SD slot on the back of the Surface tablet is inoperable. I cannot push/force an SD card into the slot without fear of breaking it. 5) The screen is separating from the case. Just putting you on notice.
