As far as the shipping goes, it did get shipped to Puerto Rico, and with Ebay‘ international policy they automatically have me ship the item to Illinois where they automatically open the box and repackage the item and ship it out to you. So that could be why it took so long on shipping.That is Ebay Policy. I do believe they do that because if they have a return, they automatically issue the buyer and the seller a refund. thanks again.
