I received one box of 12 pieces so I contacted him and asked when I would receive the second box of 12 pieces to complete the order of 24 pieces. He apologized and said that there was an error in the listing and offered to reimburse me for the shipping both ways and issue a full refund. He was accommodating. I was disappointed but kept it as I did not want the inconvenience of the returning it.
