Second set had one sealed and one opened item. The opened item appeared used with dust particles and missing internal and external wrapping. When asked for discount due to used vs. new condition, the seller replied that they "do not ship used items". That was it. Not a positive experience. Communication was sub par. Buyer failed to mention we immediately replied to their email, "multiple times". Apologized, Took pictures of items. No problems from buyer. We even took an hour out of our day to physically drop items off to their house so they didn't have to wait for it to be shipped. If they were used we would have had no problem giving full refund. They were not used. Why they didn't get returned. We did everything in our power to make this right.
