HP requires an account setup which took an IT person 2 hours! The printer must be connected to the internet, even to copy. Copy function will not work if not connected to the internet. I will never by HP again.

Everything is working as described. Probably during shipping there was slight damage to a small plastic piece which is part of the bottom paper tray but the right glue will quickly repair that piece. The paper trays were stacked on top of one another. I accidentally broke another small piece from another paper tray. The plastic paper trays are a bit brittle and can be easily broken.
