Then on the first use, the battery started to die quickly. I am unable to update any apps, even YouTube. Then it sticks if I download any app on it amd force closes the apps. Then it started stopping on 64% every time I put out to charge whether on or off. Now it has gone off completely and won't even charge. I contacted customer service and they told me they would get back to me in 2_3 days.
