    Ordered silver fog light covers, got white instead. Seller claimed white was “better quality” and offered new silver covers at double the price instead of fixing their mistake. Shipping took longer than expected, adding to delays. Only gave a partial refund (~¥10,000) after I closed the case, risking my buyer protection. Kept the wrong covers to move on. Be cautious – polite but dismissive, you bear the cost for their errors.
