    Item (a needlework piece) was listed as new and unopened, but arrived in very used condition with attached rusty needles, rust stains and partially completed needlework. Seller insisted item was new, refused to pay full refund (she only credited me $5.35 total) and she refused to pay return shipping. Sent photos to ebay documenting everything and had to use ebay’s INAD (Item Not As Described) process to get a complete refund directly from ebay.
