      The motor arrived at our shop as scheduled. It arrived well packaged on a crate. Upon inspecting the engine we noticed a series of unexpected irregularities. At over sight it was obvious it had been exposed to to the elements for what it seems a considerably length of time. The spark plugs were extremely rusted and difficult to remove. The throttle body was due to exposure to water. As we tried to manually turn it over, it was seized and would not rotate in either direction. We are working on i
