When reaching out to seller they quickly apologized and said they get their items from all over and did not realize the smell prior to sending. Seller did communicate that I could return for refund which I did so accordingly. This clothing item was also for a baby so wanted to ensure safety of the baby and return item as well. It could have been an honest mistake though from seller.
