The item was described as being "fine" and "like new" but at best it should have been rated "poor." The reason being, there was a one inch tear along the spine, so the back cover, which is heavily creased, is beginning to peel away from the rest of the book. The fact the seller would try to pass this book off as "fine" is not a mistake but simply dishonest. I tried reaching out to get a refund, but I have yet to hear back. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
