Item came with original instruction sheet and optional color changing face plate and switch cover. When I removed from packaging it had some indications of prior use. When I tried to tighten the screw nuts to secure the wires they were so compromised that the wires could not be secured. Also, the default channel code is set when new to A1. This was set to C3 showing prior use. Not NIB and unable to wire.
