    The item and all imperfections were accurately described. I am still trying to set up the unit and connect with a network, but so far the unit is running smoothly, and the screen looks great!! Seller's communication was quick and friendly. The packaging was secure, and for coming from the midwest to the east coast three days is not bad! I would recommend this seller in a heart beat. For my first Apple product, I don't care that's used because it's in such good condition. I would buy again.

    I contacted the seller, asking if they had any models that can be OEM unlocked. To my surprise, they responded to nearly all my messages in about 5 minutes or less, and they even went out of their way to physically go through their inventory to find me what I was looking for! That's what I call fantastic customer service. The device came in great condition with only a few minor scuffs, and it was spotless in terms of dust and debris. I'm very impressed and I would absolutely buy from them again

    Seller is a scam artist. Received the phone in a plain box without original Apple box, no Apple charger, block, etc. the phone was scratched and I let him know as soon as I opened the package. The charging cycles was 200+, but the seller listed as “new”. He agreed it was used. Once returned, he tried saying I scratched the screen and didn’t send back in original “OEM” packaging. Seller refunded HALF of my money. Don’t waste your time buying from this seller. Not honest, not trustworthy.

    The buyer received a full refund. We did ship the incorrect device and we admitted that to the buyer. We provided a prepaid shipping label and they received all of their money back.
