I would only suggest that the company world of books pay a little more attention to the packaging while shipping my item arrived safe but there were plenty of dings and bumps because it was not properly packaged. Instead of just putting the CD into a thin plastic bag perhaps covering it with some type of cushion would have made a difference. But otherwise very happy with the purchase thank you.
