Waiting for an already-delayed package was fine, I understand at that point the shipping process itself is out of the seller's hands. However, waiting for an already late order, only to finally open up a package that was *missing* the pencil itself, only seeing the side components like the adapter and nib, really ruined my first experience with the seller.
