    Fully functional with minor wear from being a used switch. Good value for used. Item was initially not shipped with other items I had ordered, but the seller was quick to fix this mistake and send it. So customer service 5 stars. Did not come with a notched power cable but to be fair it, wasn't listed in the description or photos. Would buy from seller in future.

    Was a bit scuffed when I received it, but the scuff marks wiped right off with a cleaning wipe. Universal firmware was loaded, default config. Switch works perfectly so far, haven't gotten my SPF modules installed yet (awaiting receipt of them) but I'm sure they'll also be perfectly fine, I'll update this review by 2025 if not. Be aware, this unit did not come with a power cable, and the cables for these specific models are NOT the standard generic power cable for computers.
