When I got it, I was very unsure if the laptop was even in the box. It was, but was thrown in the box with little padding (NOT GOOD), screen was broken(not from FedEx) & still required their info to login. They answered quickly got me a return ticket and then went completely dark once it was shipped. In the end got a replacement machine that was good, but wish they were better.
